The surgery website is the most effective way of giving our patients access to help and the latest information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It contains complete information about all the services we offer. It also details how the practice is organised and introduces our doctors, other medical and administrative staff and describes their various responsibilities.

As a temporary measure to minimise risk of Coronavirus all new appointments will be triaged by the Doctors by telephone only. The Doctor will discuss how to help you & if necessary arrange a face to face appointment. For the time-being, there will be no Face-to-face Appointments to Book Directly.

Please do not come into the Practice we now advise that patients SELF-ISOLATE FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS Please call 111 for further advice Click Here.
For patients concerned that they may have Corona-virus or may have come into contact with someone who has, the NHS 111 online service has created corona virus pages that tell patients what they should do based on their particular circumstances or Call 111 for further Instruction.

CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATIONS & OTHER CLINICS
Please Be aware that routine immunisations, cancer screening/smears and other routine appointments are provided as usual by GP surgery and Nurses
before an Appointment is Made we will contact you for telephone Covid-19 Screening.

As a practice we want to limit the amount of patients attending the practice due to coronavirus outbreak and we advise they request prescriptions via online patient access, MyGP or by clicking the Link and & complete the Questionnaire Click HERE to request the any of following.

Patients can now access additional appointments via extended hours.

Tuesdays Between 6.30pm – 8.30pm Anfield Group Practice
Wednesday between 6.30 pm – 8.45pm Fairfield Medical Centre
This excludes national Holidays an alternative date will be arranged.
